Integrated Movement
Movement sessions draw from a rich blend of traditions—including martial arts, yoga, somatic practices, qigong, and Animal Flow—to help clients reconnect with strength, mobility, and confidence. The approach is mindful, accessible, and rooted in the understanding that movement is a pathway to both physical and energetic balance.
This work is informed by extensive training across somatic and martial disciplines, including a Kukkiwon Black Belt in Taekwondo, a Blue Belt in Shaolin Karate, and years of study in embodied movement arts. This diverse background creates a uniquely grounded and intuitive style of teaching, where sessions adapt to the needs of the moment rather than following a rigid sequence.
Each session invites you to explore your body with curiosity, build functional strength, expand mobility, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence. The intention is to support movement that promotes longevity—grounded, intentional, and deeply connected to how the human body is designed to move.

Mobility Flow
All levels class for anyone who wants to stay strong, mobile + pain‑free as they age. Blending yoga, Animal Flow, martial‑arts‑inspired movement + some work with bands + weights, we focus on restoring joint range..

Kickboxing Workout
Release stress, boost energy, and have fun as you strike paddles in rhythmic, guided combos. Every hit feels like a reset, with instant feedback that’s empowering—not intimidating.
As you let go of the day, you’re also sharpening your reaction time, improving accuracy, and waking up muscles you forgot you had. Increase your mobility and build stamina.

One on One
Movement
Movement is another way the body speaks. Just as Energy Medicine restores flow in the subtle systems, somatic movement restores flow in the physical ones—joints, fascia, breath, strength, and the natural rhythms that help us feel grounded and alive.
